It’s much simpler than you think. You place orders with us, then just sit back and relax, all your work is done. We handle all the other steps of your delivery, including finding a driver to deliver your food and then we place your order with the restaurant. Our staff will make sure the restaurant knows of all your requests and notes. After your driver arrives at each restaurant, they carefully check and package your order, and then they bring your food directly to you, as fast and safely as possible.

Yes, all beverages come from the restaurants, allowing us to offer more beverages at higher consistency. However, some restaurants don't offer their beverages for delivery.
As a policy, all gratuities on orders under $75 in food & beverage are optional. Orders in excess of $75 in food and beverage will be charged a 10% gratuity in addition to taxes and delivery fee, of which a large percentage goes to your driver. While your driver earns a delivery fee, a portion of this is paid back to Dinner Dart to cover marketing costs. Drivers incur their own costs of fuel and equipment. Therefore, it is customary to tip your driver 15%-30% for excellent service. Your generosity is appreciated.
Order times are influenced by various factors such as the size of your orders, the speediness of the restaurant kitchen you ordered from, additional required stops for drinks or a second restaurant pick-up, current traffic conditions, and even weather. Typically, orders take 45-55 minutes from the moment your order has been finalized. We make the best effort to adequately predict any delays and to inform you of these delays. During peak hours, these times may be extended, however food is not cooked until drivers arrive or are near their restaurant destinations, therefore regardless of the quoted time, your food should still arrive hot and fresh.
Yes. Each restaurant has a delivery fee applied, however. Please keep in mind that adding additional restaurants could add to your quoted delivery time. For best results, we suggest limiting your order to two or fewer restaurant selections.
Your delivery fee ranges from $3.99 - $6.99, no matter how much food is ordered from a single restaurant. Delivery fees vary based on the distance of a delivery and also the difficulty of accessing your location. Please see our homepage for a breakdown of delivery fees and charges.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and business checks. Please contact our offices regarding corporate accounts and invoicing. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances and orders will be denied.
You will receive 1 points for every 35¢ spent with our website and service. These points may be redeemed for prizes of your choice. Drivers receive a large percentage of the delivery. 15-30% gratuity is customary for excellent service. Please note: Drivers incur their own costs on vehicle, fuel, insurances, and equipment. Proper compensation for a job well done is appreciated.

No, there are no minimum order requirements.
In markets where there is a high demand for food from restaurants that are not partnered with us, the only way we can make these menus available to you is to mark up their menu by a small percentage. The slight increase helps us cover the operating costs. Non-partnered restaurants are denoted by their lack of branded icon.
